New talent joins Appsnack to help expand mobile marketing solutions and drive brand adoption of app-like marketing experiences.
Emeryville, CA, (April 9, 2013)- Appsnack, the Exponential-owned mobile advertising provider, today announced Greg Messina and Edwin Prasad as its newest senior executives.
The newest additions join a growing team tasked with communicating to advertisers and their agencies the importance of combining rich-media experiences delivered across mobile and tablet with the audience profiling and targeting capabilities associated with online display advertising.
Sandy Shanman, general manager, Appsnack said: “It’s not just about the ‘year of mobile’ anymore; mobile has stamped its footprint in the media landscape and will only continue to grow in importance. Now, it’s about how and why the mobile space has become a strategic target for marketers and advertisers, how these advertisers can penetrate the competitive, convoluted marketplace and how mobile solutions can evolve to effectively interact with their audience. Greg and Edwin couldn’t have joined Appsnack at a better time, and we’re looking forward to their contribution towards Appsnack’s growth.”
Greg Messina joins Appsnack after working for various advertising and marketing agencies, where he managed digital marketing campaigns for major national accounts, such as Mattel, Proctor & Gamble, Nissan, Infiniti, General Motors and Toyota.
With more than six years of sales experience in multiple areas of the media world including print, radio, digital and mobile rich media, as well as continued education, Edwin Prasad’s vast knowledge of various mediums allows him to bring a unique understanding of the complex West Coast marketplace to Appsnack.
Shanman said: “With the help of Greg, Edwin and our entire team of experts, Appsnack will continue to solidify its leadership in digital marketing solutions across mobile platforms for our clients.”
