Dilip launched Tribal Fusion, the first business to form part of the Exponential Interactive Group of operations, in 2001. As a single founder, he built the ad-serving technology that provided the foundation for Exponential’s e-X Intelligence Advertising Platform. He was previously a senior developer at Flycast Communications and Engage Media.
Dilip has an MS in Computer Science and a BS in Bio-Engineering from Brown University.
As General Counsel, Chief Compliance Officer & Secretary at Exponential Interactive, Thomas Chow serves as a business attorney and legal executive specializing in corporate, commercial, and international transactions. Prior to Exponential, Thomas was Vice President, General Counsel at Vindicia, the leader in enterprise-class SaaS subscription billing, and acting General Counsel for TechSoup Global, an international e-commerce enterprise operating in 52 countries.
Chow’s corporate experience includes counseling clients regarding international business transactions, corporate formation and entity selection, contractual agreements, and civil litigation.
Thomas received his J.D. from UC Hastings College of the Law and his B.A. in Sociology from UC Berkeley with honors.
As CRO, McKoy is responsible for retaining and growing revenue across Exponential’s products, which cover audience discovery, modeling and targeting, as well as audience engagement in mobile, display and in-stream.
With more than 15 years in media experience, seven years specifically in the digital space, McKoy brings a breadth of knowledge covering all areas of advertising including television, print, agency, media buying and creative. Prior to Exponential, McKoy held roles leading the sales and business development teams at ninemsn, Sensis and Sensis Mediasmart.
McKoy is based in Exponential’s Melbourne office.
Based in London, Doug joined in 2009 and is responsible for product strategy, go-to-market project management, and product operations across the [TBD] Platform suite of products and services including data, analytics, targeting and cross-screen engagement.
Prior to Tribal Fusion, Doug spent four years at Yahoo! in London. Initially in their European Strategy and M&A team, he became increasingly involved in their online display activities and led the integration of Blue Lithium in Europe before moving into ad product strategy where he was responsible for behavioral targeting and building Yahoo’s store purchase data partnership with Nectar.
Doug spent his early career in strategy consulting and corporate finance working primarily in technology, media and telecommunications after receiving a Masters in Engineering from Cambridge University.
