As the Vice President of Strategic Development, Donnovan Andrews is responsible for expanding the revenue and reach of Tribal Fusion, continuing the company's leadership in the digital marketing industry. He has been responsible for developing the strategic and operational agency and client outreach plan for the company. This was demonstrated when Andrews created and recruited for the Preferred Partner Program (PPP), garnering leverage and generating partnerships with Havas Digital’s Media Contacts among other large multinational holding companies.

Andrews brings over 10 years of experience in the media and advertising industry. Previously, he was the President and Owner of Performance Bridge Advertising, where his client list included American Express, Coca-Cola, ESPN, Financial Times, AOL, Sony/BMG, Audible, and Readers Digest among other top companies. Prior to that, Andrews was at Deutsch Advertising, managing the Tanqueray, Fast Company and Bank of America accounts. He began his career in advertising at DDB Worldwide (now OMD), managing media planning for brands including Compaq, Lockheed Martin, Reuters and McDonald’s.

Andrews has a wealth of experience as a presenter at advertising, marketing and media industry events including the iMedia Agency Summit and iMedia Brand Summit. He has been featured in VentureBeat and is a frequent contributor to CNBC. He has also lectured on Media and the Future of the Internet at Columbia Business School, New York; Sciences Po University, Paris; and Université Paris Dauphine, Paris. He is also the founder of Rethink Media, an exclusive organization that gathers senior and executive members in the Internet and media community several times throughout the year.

He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Journalism from St. Bonaventure University and has also received a Wharton Executive Education Certificate in Finance and Accounting from the University of Pennsylvania.
