Teresa Derichsweiler

Vice President, Legal Affairs

Teresa Derichsweiler manages domestic and international legal affairs for Exponential. She advises senior management on a wide variety of corporate, regulatory and strategic issues. Prior to joining Exponential in the fall of 2007, Teresa was Vice President and Assistant General Counsel of CNET Networks, Inc. At CNET, Teresa led a team responsible for the provision of legal services to multiple business units both domestic and international. She also led several M&A transactions, partnered with business units on the development and implementation of business and product strategy, and provided intellectual property counseling in the areas of trademark, copyright and patent portfolio management. Prior to her 7 ½ years at CNET, Teresa was a corporate associate with the Silicon Valley law firms of Brobeck Phleger & Harrison and Gray Cary.
 
Teresa received a BS in Government from California State University, Sacramento and her JD from Stanford Law School.
